I would say that question is a matter of perspective and the desire to see things through. You can’t count on the Flex belt to do all of the heavy lifting for you. That said, individual results will vary, but you can see improvement in the definition and strength of your midsection. A good low calorie diet plan and regular exercise will be needed to get the best results.

Combine these two things and the electronic muscle stimulation (EMS) technology will strengthen and tone your core without a doubt.
