The Flex Belt Abdominal Belt – Review

Flex Belt Review

Welcome to my Flex Belt Review. I hope to cover some quick key points about this electronic ab belt and how it might work for you. The Flex Belt is made by the same company that makes the Slendertone Connect and might set you back a hefty penny. But the question is:  “does it work”?

Does the Flex Belt Work?

I would say that question is a matter of perspective and the desire to see things through. You can’t count on the Flex belt to do all of the heavy lifting for you. That said, individual results will vary, but you can see improvement in the definition and strength of your midsection. A good low calorie diet plan and regular exercise will be needed to get the best results.

Combine these two things and the electronic muscle stimulation (EMS) technology will strengthen and tone your core without a doubt. EMS technology has been around for a long time and is often used to help athletes recover from injuries by stimulating their muscles and helping to make them strong again.

Who is the Flex Belt for?

It can be used by anyone of any age and its perfect for those looking to add a bit more to their fitness and health routines. Something I don’t see mentioned often thought is that it is also fantastic for people who are unable to perform more traditional ab toning exercises like crunches and its good for people who have back problems (it makes exercising easier).

Where can I get one?

These are only available on TV and through their website, but don’t take my word for it. Be sure to read other reviews such as the one on to get a second opinion. Thanks for reading through this quick review of the Flex Belt.

Until next time…!

MI40X – Ben Pakulski’s Musle Building Program

MI40X – Ben Pakulski’s Musle Building Program

Ben Pakulski’s MI40x Body Building Workouts

Ben Pakulski is known to be one of the biggest names in body building and he has released the MI40X program to help people build muscle and get lean and ripped. We go into detail here and let you in on the secrets of this highly successful workout series to make sure you know ahead of time if this program is for you and something you can handle.

Who is MI40X for?

People of all ages, men and women too, can follow the workout program. While most of the exercises are geared toward intermediates and above, both beginners, and intermediates can gain a lot from following the 16 week plan. Experts can also get great information out of the program too where you can learn to avoid common workout mistakes like form and how to actually control weights.

MI40x is not for the light hearted though as most of the workouts can last an hour or more and the nutrition program is tight and allows little to no deviation whatsoever. You will be best served if you have access to a full gym, but home goers can get through the workouts given a set of adjustable dumbells and a chin-up bar. I must say though, this is a go big or go home type program where you will get the best results by lifting heavy.

Therefore, dumbells will only get you so far.

Where To learn more? has a highly comprehensive review article of MI40x where they go into pretty granular levels of detail and they leave no stone uncovered to make sure that readers and possible followers of the workout have all the information needed before they lighten their wallets and take the plunge. That said, there are mostly positive things to say about MI40x out there and if you are looking to build muscle and get serious about being strong and looking good you don’t want to miss out on what this program delivers.

Old School New Body Home Workout Program

Old School New Body Home Workout Program

Old School New Body Details

What exactly is Old School New Body? We get that question quite often and people want to know if the program is suitable for women. Before we get into that though let’s take a look at the program itself.

The workout program is designed to be done at home and is the creation of fitness expert and editor in chief at Ironman Magazine, Steve Holman. Now before you get worked up and think that you were hoping to find a fitness program for women and designed by women, there is something of note here. This course was co-authored by Steve;s wife, Becky Holman.

So it definitely suites women as well. If you find pictures of Becky you will be surprised to learn that she is in her 50s and she is in better shape than most people who are 20 to 30 years younger.

Does The Program Really Make You Look and Feel Younger?

The short answer is yes, “it can”. These results however, are based on what effort you put into the program. Like any fitness programs out there, Old School New Body has a very specific plan that you should follow to get the best results you could hope for.

Fortunately, the workouts in this program require very little time investment from you and you don’t need a pile of equipment let alone a gym membership. The workout are placed into 3 different programs that are either stand alone or can be done in sequence one after another. This makes the program very flexible and its a low drag affair too!

Meaning that the exercises and course material is easy to follow and consume. This is important to anyone looking to jump right in and make the most of the new year. More can be found at – Old School New Body review. Be sure to check it out for FULL details.

Revealing Quick Programs In Health and Fitness

AWEWYou may think you are healthy because you exercise and you sleep early but these are not indications that your body is in its best condition. You may have the perfect weight for your height but what is inside your body is something you cannot see. Toxins can be flowing and this is something you need to take actions with right away. Your food intake can be changed to keep free radicals off.

EWREating more fiber in order to excrete regularly is an option. You can also incorporate more fruits and vegetables, whole grains, fat-free or low-fat dairy, lean protein, seafood, and healthy fats into your diet. However, this could be an immediate or drastic change in lifestyle for some and might be a little tough to start. Busy lives, the convenience of “fast food”, and time constraints make it more difficult to stick to a healthier regimen.

Many might still need to resort to supplements in order to help them along. If that is the case, there are many products to choose from but picking the right one can be very overwhelming. Your choice should be something made of natural ingredients to avoid complications if these are drug infused because complications are much harder to treat.
